1. Register with CREDITBURNER and get your CPM banner code at "get code" ( Cpm banners)
2. Put your code at php's script - paste your code instead of "put your code here". (click here to download php's script) **Just open php's script with notepad to correct it**
3. Create account at "http://www.ripway.com" (it's free hosting that script work, some free hosting script doesn't work)
4. Upload the script file to your ripway's account (Current path is ROOT) and you'll get the link like www.ripway.com/your id/php's file (ex: www.ripway.com/6281/open.php)
5. Use "www.ripway.com/your id/php's file?id=" before Sharedimages's Link (ex. http://www.ripway.com/6281/open.php?...?id=1713918562)

6. it will look like this
